The trip is going well. Tomorrow we are going to cross to the West coast to Traverse City, MI.

8/26 Wednesday, Lv. 10:40 Mileage 42217  The setting was great, right on the lake. It rained overnight and on and off during the AM. 60°  It was a short hike to showers with daddy-long-legs peeping in. Good breakfast. Still raining. Hope to go close to Toledo today. In Ohio at 11:07.

Came up to a detour. Had to turn around on a dime. Took I-90 West for awhile.  Got off for gas. Shell 2.59/gal. 16.4gal.  for 42.58.  Lunch, our 1st. meal out, finally at Beachcliff Family Restaurant, one you can bypass, in Lorain, OH. $12.25. We got on Rte. 2 W. toward Toledo. Reservation for tonight at Camp Lord Willing RV and Campground, Monroe, Michigan, waterfront site. 1600 Stumpmier Rd. Monroe, Michigan.

Site is on a waterway, many ducks to greet us. Very nice campground.

 The driving today was one detour after another and work areas all over the highways. Glad to be here.
